What Master Contractor status means for your roof
Roofing manufacturers issue full-system warranties only through contractors they license, and they track every warranty claim. Master Contractor recognition goes to the small share of licensed contractors whose installations pass inspection, whose warranties generate few claims and whose customers report high satisfaction.
For a building owner, that translates to three things: the manufacturer will issue its longest warranty terms on our installations, the roof is more likely to reach its rated life, and if a claim is ever needed, the manufacturer already knows and trusts the installer.
2021 Firestone Master Contractor Award
The annual Master Contractor Program honors top Firestone Building Products Red Shield™ Licensed Roofing Contractors for excellence in roofing system installation, quality of work and customer service. Statesville Roofing & Building Restoration received the award in May 2021.
ES-1 Edge Metal Certification
Since 2022 we have been certified for ES-1 testing of shop-fabricated edge metal roofing systems. Edge metal is where wind uplift starts; ES-1 certification means our fabricated edge systems meet the testing standard referenced by the International Building Code and required by many insurers.
