Roofing Repair & Maintenance Technicians
Diagnose and repair leaks, perform scheduled maintenance, and document work with photos. Commercial single-ply, modified bitumen and metal experience preferred.

Do I need roofing experience?
Not for helper and trainee roles. We train on the job. Technician and foreman roles require commercial roofing or restoration experience.
Is the work year-round?
Yes. Commercial service, maintenance and restoration keep our crews working through every season.
Where will I work?
Most work is within a two-hour drive of Statesville: Charlotte, Lake Norman, Hickory, the Triad and the Triangle. Occasional regional travel is compensated.
When is the signing bonus paid?
Bonus terms are explained during your interview and confirmed in your offer letter.
